Exprit TDX MY ‘25
The 2025 evolution of the TDX model keeps the distinctive features that have characterized this chassis since the past, such as the frame made of Ø 32 mm chrome molybdenum steel tubes and the availability of three distinct versions: shifter, direct drive and DD2. However, there are new important features. Above all, the M11 fairing kit and the unprecedented braking systems, conceived and designed by the OTK Kart Group R&D department.
Nonstop evolution
PERFECT MATCH
TDX, in the 2025 version, keeps all the features introduced with the Exprit Kart flagship model, Noesis, (now in its latest version named “T”), from which it only differs in the diameter of the tubes employed to manufacture the frame, which, in the case of the TDX, is Ø 32 mm. As for the other innovations introduced, however, the two models have the same features: both mount the new M11 fairings and the new BWD (specific for the single-gear classes) and BWZ (for the shifter categories) braking systems, as well as other technical details such as the new chain tensioner, made up of machined aluminum and attached to the bearing support. The novelties also involve the aesthetic aspect, renewed thanks to the design of the new stickers applied to the fairings.
M11 Fairing Kit
UNIQUE DESIGN
Aerodynamics plays an increasingly important role in karting and, for this reason, OTK Kart Group's R&D department has paid special attention to the development of this aspect, constantly working to find innovative solutions through testing by means of CFD computer simulations, in the wind tunnel and finally, on the track. The new M11 fairing kit, which complies with current FIA regulations, comes exactly from this development process and includes a front spoiler and a front fairing, both with a new design, combined with the side bumpers and rear protection of the M10 kit, introduced with the previous homologation. The whole aerodynamic kit is then completed by a new set of stickers, with an absolutely innovative and eye-catching design.
BWD Braking System
TOP OVERTAKINGS FOR THE DIRECT-DRIVE CLASSES
The innovative BWD braking system, specifically designed for the direct drive classes, represents one of the main novelties with the new Exprit Kart 2025 product range. The main features of this model are in the cylinder and brake caliper, both of which are made using the highest quality materials, carefully selected by the OTK Kart Group’s R&D department, with the aim of improving the heat dissipation capacity of these elements, significantly reducing the brake oil temperature so to ensure a constant feeling for the driver during braking. The BWD system is available in two purchase options: with either the 180 mm or 206 mm diameter brake disc, depending on the needs.
BWZ Braking System
NOVELTIES FOR THE SHIFTER CLASS
As well part of the project that led to the creation of the BWD model for the direct-drive classes, is the BWZ braking system, specifically designed for the “shifter” categories. The main features remain unchanged, with a cylinder and a rear brake caliper that follow the philosophy introduced with the direct-drive version. In addition, the brake distributor and front calipers have also been revised from the past, both in the forged and machined components, now presenting an innovative design - in line with the cylinder and rear caliper - with optimized fins and thickness, further improving heat dissipation and structural rigidity. In the BWZ version, too, the rear disc is available in two options: 180 mm or 206 mm diameter.
Pedals and Steering Wheel
TOP DRIVING POSITION
The new TDX features, not only for the many novelties, but also for its several confirmations. Above all, the multi-adjustable pedals from OTK Kart Parts, which, combined with the inclined steering wheel hub, guarantee an optimal driving position, as well as quick and easy seat adjustment. The steering wheel is also unchanged from the past: in fact, the HGS model is confirmed, equipped with a high handgrip offering a significant reduction in driving effort. Such matching makes it possible to achieve a driving position perfectly tailored to the needs of every kart driver.
DD2 Version
DETAILS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
The TDX MY 2025, like the Noesis T, in its DD2 version, offers all the innovations introduced with the shifter model: the new M11 fairings, enriched by the brand-new graphics, as well as the brand-new BWZ braking system with the rear disc available in two diameters, 180 mm and 206 mm. Specific to this chassis version, however, is the removable mounting system for the exhaust support.
